ESMAF named "Best Thing to Do This Week" by Time Out at #8!!
Shit, you gotta glow one day! It just takes some time.
Success & Growth 💭
Today I found out that Empire State Music & Arts festival — my independent festival, as many of your already know — is featured as a best thing to do in NYC this week by Time Out New York! And, in the Top 10 at #8! Thanks to the brilliant work of my fiancé, Alexandra, who is our PR and communications director; and, thanks to the amazing artists and panelists featured this week and all the hard work myself and my humble team has put in. We have managed to not only get mentioned as one of the best things to do, but we are in the byline! That is so huge!
Today, ticket sales have already begun to skyrocket and with a sold out first night (Join the waitlist!), I know this week is about to be an amazing time for those of you who just love live music & vibes and for those of you who are looking to network, learn, and enjoy dope acts.
If you have not gotten your tickets yet, DO NOT WAIT. Purchase them below, and come experience this amazing week with us!

Panels & Interviews
Today we kicked off amazing panels with Wanja Lange, Lexi Todd, and Jason Duffy! We learned about what it takes to build an online platform to over 634K followers, what an A&R professional is really looking for in new artists, and the terms and agreements that artists are told to make in contracts & how they can really protect their work and secure that bag. If you get the week-long pass, you’ll get access to all the online recordings, as well as all the live shows.
Join us tomorrow for more great discussions with Phil, Lorus Hendrick, and our Queer in Music Roundtable!
